This project includes the construction of two independent single-family houses, with independent accesses through Rua António Patrício. The houses will be implanted along the limit of the lot with the street, in continuity with the dominant alignments existing throughout its development.

 

The new houses will have three floors, one of which is the basement. Each house will have direct and independent access from the street, as well as private parking and a patio. On the level of the ground floor are the entrance, garages, living room, kitchens and sanitary support facilities. On the basement are located the technical areas, storage and an extra living room, which has natural lighting and ventilation through the private patios. The first floor will have four suite rooms and storage / laundry rooms with a balcony.
